Active micro-sprint or outlaw kart, quarter midget, junior sprint driver moving to micro-sprint
Financial hardship or limited sponsor funding
Competes (or plans to compete) in the upcoming season
Willing to represent the Elite Engine Development brand

Section 7: Submission Policy, Terms & Consent

Submission Deposit Policy-

To maintain program integrity and ensure review time is reserved for serious applicants, a $20 submission deposit is required with each application.

• Tier 1 applicants (household income under $35,000) - Deposit is refunded in full if the application is approved or withdrawn before review.
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 applicants (household income $35,000–$75,000) - Deposit is non-refundable and automatically contributed to the Affordable Engine Fund to support other racers.
• Applicants above $75,000 (hardship cases) - Deposit is considered a voluntary donation to the program.

This small contribution keeps the process accountable and helps sustain future awards.

Applicant Certification and Consent-

By submitting this application, I certify that all information provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that Elite Engine Development may verify any information submitted. Including financial, racing, and reference details, for the sole purpose of determining eligibility. No financial data will ever be shared outside of EED’s internal review process.

For minor applicants, a parent or legal guardian must complete and sign this form on the applicant’s behalf.

I understand that submission does not guarantee funding. All awards are granted at the discretion of Elite Engine Development based on verified financial need, fund availability, and applicant integrity.
